洗濯社洗衣服務條款

<1>顧客須自行檢查及確保自助洗衣及烘乾的衣物適合水洗及以高溫乾衣機烘乾，本公司沒有責任亦不會檢查顧客自助洗乾的衣物是否適合洗衣乾衣處理。

 

<2>本公司不會就任何因自助洗衣或乾衣過程造成的損毀，褪色，縮水，遺失或變形作出任何賠償或承擔任何責任。

 

<3>顧客有責任自行檢查並確保衣物內沒有財物或貴重物品。本公司不會就任何財物或貴重物品的遺失或損毀作出賠償或承擔責任。反之，如因顧客遺留物品造成機器損壞，本公司保留追究及索償的權利。

 

<4>顧客須於自助洗乾服務完成後盡快取回衣物。否則，本店店員有權代為取出機內衣物，以保障其他顧客使用服務之權利。若其他顧客自行取出機內衣物而導致財物失竊或遺失，本公司不承擔責任。

 

<5>免責條款： 本公司在任何情況下均無須對顧客或其他人士就以下事項承擔任何責任（包括但不限於）：(1) 因電力、水、煤氣或其他供應服務出現缺陷或故障而導致的任何損失；(2) 因颱風、暴雨、煙霧、火災、氣體、氣味或其他物質，或店內滲漏、水浸事故而導致的任何損失、傷害、干擾或不便；(3) 因自然損耗或蟲蛀而導致的任何損失；(4) 因暴動、騷亂或戰爭而導致的任何損失；(5) 任何財物失竊或遺失（即使本店已安裝防盜警報系統，本公司亦不對存放於店內的衣物承擔任何保安責任）。

 

<6>除本條款及細則的合約方外，任何人士無權根據《合約（第三者權利）條例》（第 623 章）（「第三者條例」）強制執行或享有本條款及細則的任何條款項下的利益。為免生疑問，本條款不影響任何非根據第三者條例而存在的第三者權利，或第三者可獲的非根據第三者條例而提供的補救。

 

<7>本條款及細則受香港法例管轄及以香港法例作詮釋。

 

<8>如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

<1>The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for any damage, fading, shrinkage, loss, or deformation incurred during the self-service washing or drying process.

 

<2>The Company assumes no liability for any damage, fading, shrinkage, loss, or deformation that may occur during the self-service washing or drying process.

 

<3>Customers are responsible for checking and ensuring that there are no valuables or personal belongings in their laundry. The Company assumes no liability for any loss or damage to valuables or personal belongings. Conversely, the Company reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage to its machines caused by items left by customers.

 

<4>Customers must collect their laundry promptly after the self-service washing and drying cycle is complete. Otherwise, staff reserve the right to remove laundry from the machines to ensure other customers can use the facilities. The Company assumes no liability for any loss or theft of items if other customers remove laundry from the machines.

 

<5>Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable to customers or any other persons for any of the following matters (including but not limited to): (1) any loss caused by any defect or failure in electricity, water, gas, or other utility services supplied to the Company; (2) any loss, injury, disruption, or inconvenience caused by typhoon, rainstorm, smoke, fire, gas, odour, or other substances, or by any leakage or flooding incident occurring within the premises; (3) any loss caused by natural wear and tear or insect damage; (4) any loss caused by riot, civil disturbance, or war; (5) any loss or theft of property (even if the Company has installed a burglar alarm system, the Company assumes no security responsibility for laundry stored on the premises).

 

<6>Third Party Rights: Except for the parties to these terms and conditions, no person shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) (“Third Party Ordinance”) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause does not affect any third party rights that exist otherwise than under the Third Party Ordinance, or any remedies available to a third party otherwise than under the Third Party Ordinance.

 

<7>These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

 

<8>In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
